ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4496 of 2022 seeking the very same relief against the very same parties and this Court vide order dated 09.03.2022 has disposed of the petition by imposing certain conditions and in pursuance of the order, summons was served and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the third respondent has now again preferred a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent, in which, current paper is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to conduct 2/4

enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
