COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The appellants/writ petitioners have filed the Writ Petitions in 2022, seeking a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from proceeding with certificate verification and the selection process, pursuant to the notification issued in Advertisement No.1 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021. 2.The call for recruitment relates to the appointment to the post of PG Assistant (Economics).
.Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned counsel appearing for R1/Teachers Recruitment Board states that subsequently two notifications have been issued.
.The order of the writ Court is dated 14.10.2022. There was a delay in filing of the present Writ Appeals on account of which, the appeals have come up for admission only today (23.09.2025) in 2025. In the interim, two notifications have been issued, one dated 09.09.2021 and other dated 10.07.2025 for PG Assistant (Economics). 4/7
.The writ petitioners would have done better to participate in those call for recruitment, rather than pursue these Writ Appeals, and that too in a half-hearted manner. We make it clear that we have not made any observations with regard to the merits of the case. Incidentally, out of the batch of Writ Petitions, only three writ petitioners have filed the present Writ Appeals.
.These Writ Appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. [A.S.M.J.,] & [C.K.J.,] 23.09.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes ps 5/7
