This Writ Petition is directed against the 1st respondent, to remove the digital banner erected in S.F.No.3026 of Ganguvarpatty Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 7 as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the digital board, which came to be erected in S.F.No.3026 of Ganguvarpatty Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, has been removed within 10 days, since the day of erection and the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2017 is pending on the file of the District Court, Theni and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
