ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the second respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3. 2.The petitioner had approached this Court under the impression that he has to write only one supplementary examination. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the university clarified that the petitioner has to write two more internal examinations. I am of the view that the petitioner can write 2/4

all the three at one go when the next occasion arises. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
