ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent to pay compensation of Rs.95,00,000/- to the petitioner Trust within stipulated time.

2. Hear both sides.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted since the dispute is with regard to the amount payable to the petitioner towards compensation and if there is any violation by the respondent, the petitioner may approach the appropriate civil forum. Hence, the remedy lies to the petitioner only before the Civil Court and this Court cannot look into the issue raised in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum. No Costs.
