ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary Police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.12.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there existed boundary dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the enquiry is pending.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022 and pass orders in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
