2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate that pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.14914 of 2020 and 24052 of 2018, the second respondent has refixed the value of the lands in the entire village. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the petitioners before this Court are not a party to the proceedings before the second respondent and therefore, they have not been served with a copy of the award.
3.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue a copy of the award to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the time for filing the appeal would start from the date on which, the copy of the award is issued to the petitioners.
4.Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
