ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. K. Arunraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr M. Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

"The above petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13014 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15245 of 2022 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.16068 of 2022 01.11.2022 for surrender before the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Trichy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted one week extra time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Trichy. On such surrender, the learned Judge is directed to consider the same as per law."
