Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. CHANDRA SEKARAN. M, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in all petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.17962, 17440 & 17460 of 2024 on 21.10.2024. 2.The original condition that was imposed by the Court below was modified by order dated 21.10.2024 and the petitioner was directed to report daily before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Vepery, Chennai. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the condition has been complied with from 06.11.2024.
4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) 2/4
