ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that without his consent and without his knowledge, his LCO was changed from his name to the third respondent's name and with this allegation, the petitioner has made a representation on 13.11.2017 to the official respondents. Alleging that no action has been taken on the said representation, he has filed this writ petition. 2.The allegation made in this writ petition is quite serious, however, it has not been disputed by the official respondents by filing any counter affidavit.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also furnish a copy of the representation dated 13.11.2017 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent. No costs.
