ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to issue patta for the land in Survey No.163/2, to an extent of 4 acres 1 cent, situated in Amuthapuram, Balapathiraramapuram revenue village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that the land in Survey No.163/2 is a Government land and the same has been assigned to 60 persons in the year 2017.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
