PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 17933/2013/Tho.Ve.Sa 1(1) dated 09.02.2016 and consequential disciplinary committee formed by the 2nd respondent dated 31.10.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to take disciplinary action against the employees, who committed irregularities based on the by-laws of the cooperative society.
