ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of temporary cracker license to sell at the petition mentioned premises. The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that the petitioner's request was rejected as recently as on 20.12.2022. The petitioner has to necessarily challenge the same in a manner known to law. A writ of Mandamus will not lie. This writ petition stands dismissed, with the aforesaid liberty to challenge the rejection order. There shall be no order as to costs.
