ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tender notification of the year 2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that due to certain corrections in the tender documents, the impugned tender Notification dated 29.11.2017 was cancelled by the third respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
