O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) This petition has been filed by a mother expressing the grievance that her third daughter aged about 23 years, who had completed BBA and was residing with her, had left the house on 02.09.2025 after quarreling with her other daughters.

2. The detenu had been produced before us. She stated that she had married out of her own volition one Hariharasuthan and the marriage had also been registered by the Joint Sub-Registrar-II, Cuddalore on 03.09.2025. As as on date, the petitioner had not reconciled this fact. The petitioner is present before this Court with her other daughters. But the detenu is of firm opinion that she is going only with her husband. We only hope that the future relationship among the family members would become more healthier and they would accept each 2/4

other. The detenu had been produced and she is not in unlawful custody but she is lawful custody of her husband. No further orders are required.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
