ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.33 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.33 of 2024 has been completed and final report has also been filed through E-filing No.LTN20220001902C202400183, dated 02.12.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, is directed to take the complaint on file within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
