This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the case in 1/3

Crime No.188 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to any other investigation agency and to conduct fair investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.188 of 2021 and after investigation final report came to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli. He would further submit that the petitioner has refused to take notice.
