ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an inquiry, by considering the petitioner's 1/4

representation dated 10.09.2025.

2.It is a case of the petitioner that the respondent had originally opened a history sheet against the petitioner and the petitioners name was removed from the history sheet records after obtaining an order from this Court in W.P(MD) No.19122 of 2024. Thereafter, a case in Crime No.66 of 2025 was registered against the petitioner and the respondents are constantly harassing him and threatening to proceed against him under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner and that the petitioner was called in connection with the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2025.

4.In view of the case pending against the petitioner, there cannot be any direction as prayed for. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
