This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to publish the merit list of selection, as per the interview conducted on 29.11.2014 and to appoint the petitioners in the post of conductors.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after conducting interview for the post of Conductor, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.242 of 2017 the second respondent has not published the merit list. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayed. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.12.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
