ORDER

This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 02.08.2023 made in I.A.No.739 of 2018 in O.S.No.76 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the on 09.11.2023 the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court after full pledged trial. Hence, the matter become infructuous.

3.In view of the above said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
