ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members specifically from the respondents 3 and 4 and their henchmen on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred a complaint alleging that the respondents 3 and 4 have forcefully entered into the house of the petitioner and abused him in filthy language and also attacked him and that the petitioner's wife has sustained injuries.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the above complaint is received and registered in CSR.No.697 of 2022 and the same is pending.
5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to follow the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
