ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to permit the students, who have failed in the examination held in the month of August 2016, to write the future examination in the month of February 2018 and to declare the results of the students of the petitioner's college for the academic year 2015-2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 06.12.2023. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4

3. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and also considering the manner in which the petitioner has defended this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
