O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law under the supervision of the first respondent and take necessary action against the third and fourth respondent based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.08.2023 to the second respondent and the representation dated 25.08.2023 submitted to the first respondent. 2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the basis of the representation 2/5

made by the petitioner dated 20.08.2023 and 25.08.2023, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and had given an undertaking that they will not make any trouble to each other. On the basis of the above said undertaking given by both parties, the representation was closed.

5.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
