Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner from the date of appointment in the post of Lab Assistant as regular appointment and to absorb him with the 2nd respondent University with all attendant benefits including increments, contributory pension scheme, 7th pay commission implementation and arrears, etc., and by considering the petitioners representations dated 24.02.2025 and 21.03.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner from the date of appointment in the post of Lab Assistant as regular appointment and to absorb him with the 2nd respondent University with all attendant benefits including increments, contributory pension scheme, 7th pay commission implementation and arrears, etc., and by considering the petitioners representations dated 24.02.2025 and 21.03.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
