Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MAHENDRARAJAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16624 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022 for filing an undertaking affidavit before the trial Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to the petitioner's health condition, he could not file an undertaking affidavit before the trial Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
