ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned properties at an auction sale conducted by the Union Bank of India. The properties had been mortgaged by one Paramaswara Mangala Steels Private Limited. The said mortgagor in turn purchased the properties from one Dhandapani Cements Private Limited. Dhandapandi Cements Private Limited in turn had purchased the properties from Kalaimagal Sabha. All that the writ petitioner wants is holding of enquiry and updating the encumbrance register in respect of the petition mentioned properties. He had also given representation in this regard. 2/4
3.No exception can be taken to the writ petitioner's request. The third respondent is directed to hold an enquiry into the petitioner's representation and update the encumbrance register accordingly. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
