ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry at the instigation of 3rd and 4th respondents on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 18.07.2023. 2.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry before the respondent police. Hence there is no question of harassment at the hands of the respondent police. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Since serious allegations have been made against the petitioner, the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the 2/4

petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
