ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to appoint a separate competent Police Officer for conducting investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.1135/2025 dated 16.07.2025 on file of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner and the complaint given by the rival party against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same were closed by the second respondent on 25.07.2025.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The result of the enquiry shall be communicated to the petitioner and also the rival party forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
