PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1/5

praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of S.Kalaiselvei as Office Assistant with effect from 04.05.2020 by considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2020 and the reminder letter dated 15.09.2023 and to disburse all the monetary benefits consequent to the same.

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Correspondent of Aided Minority Institution seeking a mandamus as against the third respondent herein to approve the appointment of one S.Kalaiselvei as Office Assistant.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, one S.Kalaiselvi was appointed as Office Assistant on 04.05.2020 and the proposal was submitted to the third respondent on 21.09.2020, the petitioner has sent a reminder letter, on 15.09.2023, so far, no orders have been passed by the third respondent herein.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the said proposal of the petitioner's School and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
