ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondent Police has conducted an enquiry and closed the same. In view of that, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed now does not survive.

2. In the light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD)No.18 of 2017 is closed.
