This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the subordinates of the Tahsildar, Elayangudi Taluk and further directing them not to interfere with the the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of his lands in S.No.193/2D of Keelayur Village, Elayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering his representation,dated 04.10.2016.

2.Today(24.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
