O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1927/A2/2014 dated 27.12.2016, wherein approval of the appointment of the petitioner is temporarily suspended.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Today, during the course of hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 placed a copy of the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 29.08.2023, wherein it is stated that the order impugned in this Writ Petition has been withdrawn.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the proceedings dated 29.08.2023 is communicated to the petitioner as well as the third respondent also.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the submission of the learned Government Advocate.

6. In view of the above factual position that already the order impugned in this Writ Petition has been withdrawn by the second respondent, in my considered view, nothing remains in this Writ Petition.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

8. No costs.
