ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2025, dated 05.01.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent Police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2025, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.67 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithalai, Karur District.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
