The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.591 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on 16.10.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
