ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 01.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.8269 of 2024.

2. This Court passed orders in W.P.(MD).No.8269 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024, wherein, this Court had directed the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and thereafter pass orders. Accordingly, the third respondent has issued notice to the writ petitioner on 03.06.2024 and after considering the objections raised by the petitioner, proceedings was issued on 11.07.2024, which is adverse to the petitioner.
