ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 1/3

148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.199 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases and he is a History Sheeted Rowdy and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that the petitioner herein is having 5 previous cases and that he is a History Sheeted rowdy, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
