RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5580 of 2023 vide order dated 27.03.2023 by permitting the petitioner to cancel the compensation amount instead of paying Rs.25,000/- as compensation to de-facto complainant. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 27.03.2023 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- directly to the defacto complainant as compensation. Now, the present petition is filed to modify the said condition alone.

2. In view of the above fact, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District in (*)Crime No.719 of 2022. The learned Magistrate is directed to give the said amount to the defacto complainant without notice to the petitioner. The time limit granted is extended by two weeks.
