This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifid Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in H.S.No.31 of 2014 dated 25.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to close the history sheet based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.
