[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the captioned matter was taken up, it came to light that license qua gravel and sand quarry has already been granted to fifth respondent on 08.11.2023 by the first respondent.

2. This Court is informed that the license granted is for one year ie., from 08.11.2023 to 07.11.2024.

3. In the light of this development, captioned Writ Petition is disposed of as closed having become infructuous albeit preserving all the rights of the petitioner and or any one concerned for the matter to assail the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.11.2023, if so advised and if so desired. There shall be no order as to costs.
