This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the order dated 30.07.2009 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in M.C.No.16 of 2006 which was subsequently modified by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.II), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Crl.R.C.No.35 of 2009, dated 23.06.2010 and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
