By relying on a patta No.1752 standing in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner requested for a survey of the land in survey No. 142/5B2 and 6A2 by a representation dated 08.09.2025. Since such representation was not acted upon expeditiously, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. In view of the large pendency of such applications, he submits that the same would be considered and acted upon within a period of twelve (12) weeks.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to act on the petitioner's application seeking a survey within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and all the relevant adjacent landowners. No costs.
