ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 04.06.2024, in W.P(MD)No.18608 of 2021 by the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submitted that the Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.420 of 2025 has been preferred as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.18608 of 2021 and the same came to be partly allowed, by an order dated 03.03.2025.
