Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's appeal is pending with the second respondent from the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
