PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein produce the body or person of petitioner's son namely Arun Sankar, son of Mohan, aged about 27 years before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty 1/4

within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 herein to produce the body or person of petitioner's son namely Arun Sankar, son of Mohan, aged about 27 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, the respondent police has produced the detenu viz., Arun Sankar.

3. He has stated before us that due to some misunderstanding with the parents of the detenu, he left the parental home and stayed at Tiruchendur, where he claimed to have worked in a hotel. 2/4

4. Now, he has realised that he can come back and join with the parents at the parental home. The said submission made by the detenu is recorded and accordingly, letting him to go with the petitioner, who is none other than mother of the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
