PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in NI.MU.No.DADTNV/788/2024/ADW6 dated 22.03.2025 and quash the same void and illegal and consequently directing the first respondent to enquire properly and provide exact order and ordering for Hindu Kaniyan Community Certificate.

Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents, states that this writ petition is not maintainable in view of G.O.No. 234 dated 26.06.2015 read with G.O.No. 147 dated 17.03.2016 and the appropriate course of remedy for 2/5

the petitioner would be to file a petition seeking redressal of grievance before the State Level Scrutiny Committee (SLSC).

2. Since Mr.Sarangan would submit that there is no limitation that is provided for filing a petition before SLSC, the petitioner may well available of this remedy.

3. Faced with this position, learned counsel for petitioner would also agree that, that would be an appropriate course of action and that he would approach the SLSC forthwith.
