ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 07.03.2025 and patta No.4042, the petitioner applied for survey on 13.05.2025. Since the request for survey did not elicit any response, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request for survey would be acted upon within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to act on the petitioner's request for survey within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after putting the petitioner and the owners of the relevant adjacent lands on notice.
