PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.111 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 392 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.111 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as a Chief Protection Officer. On 02.07.2023, when the defacto complainant's employees were returning from Kanchirangulam Colony, the petitioner along with the other 1/3

accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.500 and also threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to comply any stringent condition that may be imposed by the Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that when the defacto complainant's employees were returning from Kanchirangulam Colony, the petitioner along with the other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.500 and also tried to rob the mobile phone.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed, I find no change of circumstances in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
