W.P.(MD) No.2741 and 2742 of 2017 COMMON ORDER The present Writ Petitions are filed for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the writ petitioners for regularization in the post of Maternity Assistant in TANGEDCO dispensary in Suruliyar, Theni District and Periyar Power House, Lower Camp, Theni District respectively.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that pending Writ Petitions, the writ petitioners were terminated from service and the order of termination was challenged by the writ petitioners and the same was dismissed. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
