ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner suffered eviction order at the hands of the second respondent. Challenging the said order dated 01.08.2025, the petitioners have filed revision before the firs respondent under Section 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. The petitioners apprehend that they may be evicted in the meanwhile. If the petitioners are evicted, then the revision petition filed by them will become infructuous. It is for this reason, I direct that the petitioners shall not dispossessed for a period of seven months from today ie., 11.09.2025. The first respondent shall dispose of the revision petition filed by the writ petitioners on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3/6
