This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No. 339 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police Station and quash the same in so far as this petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' on 11.09.2025.
